Recipe :
Banana Blueberry Bread

Ingredients: 
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup quick cooking oats

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Grease and flour pan (we used an aluminum pie pan)
Cream together sugar and butter.  Add egg.
Add mashed bananas and blueberries.
Stir flour, baking soda and salt into flour in a separate bowl.
Mix in oats.
Fold into banana mixture.  Add vanilla.
Put into pan.
Bake for about 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
