Why won't J read Neuromancer?! It's the book that really got cyberpunk going!! So much of the original Matrix was lifted from it...

I highly recommend The Time Traveler's Wife. I cried quite a bit. Jeanne cried a lot. *sniff*

I like The Wind-Up Bird Chronicles - I probably need to reread it...

He said he just couldn't get past the first few chapters, it didn't hold his interest. *shrug* He loves Dune, but I couldn't get into that series either... which is why it is only half-bolded ;o)

I'll have to lookk into TTTW then, I hadn't heard much of it, except for the title before.

We have Hard Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World too, J loves them both. Some books, like these and Cryptonomicon, he has told me so much of it I'm not sure reading it myself is going to be any fun!
