Hooray! J found the part we had been missing for the last six months. And, he fixed it just in time for Thanksgiving dinner! What did the vegan (and the cook, of course) have for Thanksgiving?
We had...
A large platter of vegetables, roasted in olive oil, sage and italian seasonings. There was also a deep dish of apples and golden potatoes, cooked in apple juice (and olive oil). And for dessert, a sweet-potato dish with cloves, cinnamon and coriander. There was plenty to fill us up!
We watched movies... of which I liked 'The Paper' the best. Lots of knitting got done. Pink bunny is complete, as is the dog coat. Pictures on both will have to wait, but that gives me time to knit a dress for the bunny! Sally stole one of the bunny's arms, but no loss, as it ended up being too big. Next on the needles will be a black ribbed hat for J... he's been waiting long enough and it is finally getting 'cold' here, (by our standards).
